Built on Sacrifice, Driven by Purpose.
We believe that the roar of an engine, the rush of a trail or track, and the bond forged over a shared adventure can do what few things can — help heal the men and women who have sacrificed so much in service to others.
We got our start in 2022 under the name Raptors and Rifles, with a focused mission to connect veterans, active duty, and first responders through unforgettable off-road experiences. As our reach and impact grew, so did our vision. In 2025, we rebranded as Horsepower4Heroes to better reflect who we serve and how we serve them. Based in Decatur, Texas, we are fueled by one core belief: that motorsports can restore what service sometimes takes away.
The Mission Behind the Motorsports.
Our mission is to honor and empower veterans, active-duty military, and first responders by connecting them through the adrenaline, camaraderie, and the healing power of motorsports. We've seen it work, time and time again.
One of our sponsored heroes, a five-year Air Force veteran and former federal firefighter who, after a devastating medical diagnosis ended the career he loved, found himself battling depression and a loss of purpose. After spending a weekend with fellow veterans in the dirt, Alex realized that racing for a cause would become a new purpose for him. That shared experience helped him overcome depression and gain a fresh perspective on life.
That's exactly why we do what we do.
Our Hero Weekends give veterans, active duty, and first responders the chance to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover purpose through motorsports adventures, shared meals, and a powerful sense of community.

The Stories of the Heroes We've Served Say It All:
- Travis — A Marine Corps veteran who completed two tours in Iraq, off-road motorsports became his favorite way to unwind and embrace the thrill of adventure.
- Mark — An Air Force Reserve avionics technician, the world of racing reflects the military itself — built on teamwork, trust, and a deep sense of community.
- Ted — An Army Medic and Iraq War veteran, motorsports offered a powerful outlet for his drive to push limits and master new skills after his years of service.
These aren't just participants — they're family. Every single Sponsored Hero has reported feeling more connected to a support community after attending our events.

Where Healing Meets Horsepower — and How You Can Join the Mission
Since our founding, we have proudly sponsored 40+ veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders by covering entry fees, food, lodging, and travel costs. Additionally, we have hosted or attended more than 27 events across the country.
Businesses can get in on the mission too through our Donate-a-Seat, Get-a-Seat program, where for every seat a company sponsors for a Hero Weekend, a team member from that company joins in, creating a powerful 1-to-1 shared experience. Whether you're a veteran, active duty, or first responder ready for your next adventure, a business wanting to make a real difference, or a community member who wants to give back — there's a place for you here.
Visit horsepower4heroes.org to apply for sponsorship, make a donation, or learn more. All donations are tax deductible and every dollar goes directly toward giving our heroes the experience they've earned.
