Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Raptor Nation Premium Membership, your subscription is billed on an annual basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and unless you cancel before your renewal date, your membership will automatically renew at the then-current membership price plus applicable taxes.
Because Premium benefits (member-only content, community access, discounts, early access, and digital perks) are made available immediately upon purchase, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. No prorated refunds are provided for partial membership periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@fordraptornation.com within 7 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@fordraptornation.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current paid membership term.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or is awaiting availability. We may collect full or partial payment at checkout and store your payment method for any remaining balance due at fulfillment.
Pre-order or backordered items will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are approximate and may change.
You may cancel a pre-order prior to shipment notification by emailing info@FordRaptorNation.com. Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment must follow our standard return procedures.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Try Before You Buy
Raptor Nation does not currently offer a try-before-you-buy purchase option. All sales are processed at checkout per our standard order and payment terms.
